摘 要:目的探讨快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪检测血葡萄糖的结果。方法选取79例糖尿病患者资料进行分析,采用两种检测仪分别检测空腹血糖水平和餐后2 h血糖水平,观察比较两种检测方法的检测结果。结果快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪的检测结果相比,血糖水平稍低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论快速血糖仪与全自动生化分析仪的结果相比无差异,且操作方便。Objective The results of blood glucose test with fast blood glucose meter and automatic biochemical analyzer is analyzed. Methods Data of 79 patients with diabetes mellitus were analyzed. Fasting glucose levels and postprandial blood glucose levels of 2 h were detected by two kinds of detector. The results of two detection methods were observed and compared. Results Compared with the results of automatic biochemical analyzer, the level of blood glucose was slightly lower, the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion The results of the rapid blood glucose meter are not significantly different from the results of fully automatic biochemical analyzers, and the operation is convenient.
