摘　　要：目的分析心脏瓣膜病合并心房颤动运用双极射频消融迷宫术治疗的手术配合。方法 2014年1月—2016年12月,对我院接受双极射频消融迷宫术治疗的21例心脏瓣膜病合并心房颤动患者进行研究,均给予密切手术配合,观察患者的临床护理效果。结果射频(RFA)时间(18.21±2.15)min、术后住院时间(9.26±1.67)d及护理满意度(98.11±0.98)分、患者出院时均未见完全房室传导阻滞及心脏穿孔事件发生,无死亡病例发生。患者术后1~5 d出现阵发性房颤1例,给予处理后转为窦性心律,未见其他手术相关并发症发生,并发症发生率为4.76%。结论积极的手术配合对于行双极射频消融迷宫术的心脏瓣膜病合并心房颤动患者有重要意义。Objective To analyze the surgical cooperation of bipolar radiofrequency ablation Maze therapy for valvular heart disease complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 21 cases of valvular heart disease with atrial fibrillation patients were accept lntraoperative radiofrequency ablation, which were given the close cooperation in the operation and observe the effect of clinical nursing of patients. Results Radio frequency（RFA） time（18.21±2.15） min, postoperative hospitalization time（9.26±1.67） d and nursing satisfaction（98.11 ±0.98） scores, patients had no complete atrioventricular block and cardiac perforation occurred, no deaths occurred. There were 1 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation at 1 to 5 d after operation. After treatment, they were converted into sinus rhythm. There were no other complications associated with the operation, and the complication rate was 4.76%. Conclusion Active surgical intervention is important for patients with valvular heart disease combined with atrial fibrillation undergoing bipolar radiofrequency ablation maze procedure.
