摘 要:未来战场具有不确定性、快速非对称等特点.结构严整的大编组模式面对瞬息万变的复杂战场,难以达成指挥控制的灵活高效性和作战效能的精量准确性.为了实现战斗力的机动制胜和流动聚能效应,站在新量子科学思维观和复杂系统思维观角度,提出"量子云"作战体系概念.通过规则机制驱动分散连接的模块化作战力量达成"自同步、自组织、自适应"效果,"量子云"作战体系概念可有力推动信息时代新军事变革.The future battlefield is full of uncertainty and fast asymmetry etc. It is difficult for strictly structured large groups to deal with the rapidly changing complex battlefield environment. As a result, it will fail to achieve the flexibility and efficiency of command and control as well as the operational effectiveness' accuracy. To realize combat effectiveness of maneuvering subdue and flowing power accumulation, we propose the concept of "Quantum Cloud" combat system based on the view of new quantum science and complex system thinking. The result of "self-synchronization, self-organization, self-adaptation" is achieved by the distributed but inter-related modular combat forces driven by rule mechanism. The concept of "Quantum Cloud" combat system can effectively promote the new military reform in the information age.
