摘　　要：本文从第五届广东高校辅导员职业能力大赛和首届东莞市辅导员大赛的实况出发,对参赛选手基本情况和各个环节的成绩做了详细统计,分析了比赛中笔试、主题班会、案例分析、主题演讲和谈心谈话五个环节中存在问题及主要原因,并提出解决问题的相应对策、建议和做法,以期能提高辅导员大赛的参赛成绩,进而提升辅导员的综合职业能力。In this paper,from the 5th session of Guangdong college counselors vocational skills competition for live, gather statistics the basic situation and the performance of each part in detail,analyze the main problems in the five steps of the written test,theme class meeting,case study,keynote speech and talk to talk,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem,suggestion and ,practice,aiming to promote their competition scores,thus promoting the comprehensive professional ability of the counselor.
