摘　　要：对工程机械、轨道交通和汽车零部件领域所使用水性工业涂料的市场现状进行了分析,并对该领域目前使用的涂层体系和所使用的水性工业涂料体系分类进行介绍。针对已有技术和现有产品,本文给出了环保型水性工业涂料整体解决方案,针对不同行业和领域要求,分别介绍了底漆、中涂、面漆等涂层。最后介绍了已成功推广的水性工业涂料的施工案例。The market situation of waterborne industrial coatings applied in engineering machinery and rail vehicles as well as automotive parts has been analyzed. The classification of waterborne industrial coatings is also described. Meanwhile, the environmental friendly solutions to waterborne coatings are given. Specifically, the primer, intercoat and topcoat are introduced respectively according to the requirements of different applications. The cases of waterborne industrial coatings applied successfully are also introduced.
