摘 要:本文针对国内汽车环保涂料涂装的发展趋势,对近年新开发的经济实用环保涂料技术——汽车施工高固体份涂料的涂装工艺进行了探讨。经过实践检验,高固体份涂料涂装工艺能大幅降低VOCs的排放;其在性能外观等方面能满足汽车涂装的质量要求;在现有汽车涂装线上进行改造,仅需根据高固体份涂料体系的特性对生产线实施少量调整,即可确保施工的顺利进行,具备便于推广的特点,是国内老线环保改造的优选方案。A recently-developed environmental friendly coating process (i.e., high solid coating process) for automotive has been discussed in this article. The results show that the high solid coating process can reduce dramatically the VOC emission and improve film appearance satisfying the quality requirements of automotive. According to performance of high solid coatings, a slight readjustment is needed so as to achieve the reconstruction of the existing coating process line. The easy-to-use high solid coating process is a preferable solution to those domestic traditional process lines.
