摘　　要：十几年前,文化中心、大剧院、体育中心在全国各地如火如荼地建设,这一现象似乎标志着我国进入了富裕和文明的时代。然而最近几年,由于运营惨淡,城市中很多这类"名片式"建筑纷纷"歇业"或因开不起门被冷落为"过气"的建筑,变成广受民众诟病的"面子工程"。滑南市文化艺术中心于2015年开业,它不仅外形优美,还因多种效益良好而备受专业人士和当地百姓称誉,可谓雅俗共赏。为此专访了该项目的主创成员,从建筑策划、国有设计院的优势和问题、使用后评价等视角探寻其中的奥妙。More than a decade ago,the cultural center,the Grand Theater and the sports center were constantly built throughout China.It seems to show that our hometown had come into an era of prosperity and civilization.But in recent years,as a result of deserted operation,many such ＂name card＂ buildings that have closed or cannot afford to open became yesterday＇s buildings,which were criticized as ＂image project＂.Weinan Cultural and Arts Center was opened in 2015.It not only has a beautiful shape,but also suits both professional and popular tastes due to many positive effects.To this end,we interviewed the design members of the project to find the best of the project,from the perspective of architectural programming,advantages and disadvantages of the state-owned design institute,and post-use evaluation.
