摘　　要：大数据蕴含巨大价值,大数据时代给我们的生活、工作和思维带来了改变,也使得个人隐私很难隐藏。如何保护个人隐私成为整个社会关注的问题。文章分析了个人隐私的界定、大数据给个人隐私带来的威胁及泄露隐私的途径,提出完善法律法规、加强企业自律、改进个人隐私保护技术、培养个人信息保护意识及数据销售许可制度等建议。Big data contains great value, which has brought changes to our lives, work and thinking, however. It also makes personal privacy difficult to hide. How to protect personal privacy has become a concern of the whole society. This paper analyzes the suggestions of personal privacy, such as the definition of personal privacy, the threat of personal data and the way of disclosing privacy, and puts forward suggestions such as perfect laws and regulations, strengthening enterprise self-discipline, improving personal privacy protection technology, cultivating personal information protection consciousness and data sales license system recommendations
