摘  要:企业要发展、要在日益激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,吸引和留住人才是关键。现代企业中,以人为本是每个企业人力资源管理的宗旨,人力资源管理的最后一个环节就是稳定员工队伍。以唐山中浩化工有限公司为例提出深化形势任务教育、强化员工素质提升、搭建人尽其才的平台、全心全意惠民生等稳定员工队伍的举措。Only attracting and retaining the talents can enterprises develop well and achieve the final success in the fierce market competition. Many modern enterprises take the theory of people foremost as their purposes in HR management. In order to stabilize the staff team, retaining talents should be the last link in the HR management. Therefore, Tangshan Zhonghao Chemical Co. , Ltd. has taken many measures to stabilize the staff team, such as deepening situation mission education, improving staff quality, establishing the stage for talent selection and benefiting people's livelihood, to offer talent security and intelligence support for enterprises development.
