摘  要:由于温度对混凝土箱梁结构的受力和变形产生一定影响,有必要对施工控制中温度效应展开针对性研究,以防止大跨度PC连续梁桥在悬臂现浇过程中桥梁结构的实际状态偏离预期。文章以宿扬高速公路白塔河桥为工程背景,以Midas Civil软件建立的有限元模型作为研究基础。在总结以往箱梁结构温度分布形式的基础上,将温度影响划分为体系温差和梯度温差两种形式,介绍了温度荷载在混凝土内部产生两种温差应力的机理,然后分析两种温差作用对施工阶段在桥梁线形和应力方面的影响,为桥梁施工控制中考虑温度效应提供理论依据和参考建议。Temperature has certain effects to the stress and deformation of concrete in box girder structure, it is necessary to expand the construction control temperature effect targeted research to prevent large-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge cantilever during the actual status of the bridge structure deviations from the expected state. Based on Su Yang high- way Baita river bridge engineering, take Midas Civil software finite element model as the basis for analysis. In summing up the temperature distribution form in the past box girder structure, put temperature effect into system temperature difference and gradient temperature difference of the produce of two different temperature stress inside the concrete, and analysis of two effects on temperature difference bridge construction phase linear impact and stress in, for the bridge construction control considering temperature effects provide a theoretical basis and reference recommendations.
