摘 要:为了解决因外场可更换模块本身复杂性和故障注入器访问深度限制,导致测试性验证试验时故障注入不充分的问题,提出基于层次模型的外场可更换模块故障注入方法.基于层次相关性模型对装备状态空间中故障行为进行分析,实现对故障注入的等效性识别;提出基于信号模型的故障模拟方法,实现对故障的复现;结合受试对象的结构特点和可用的故障注入手段,提出面向外场可更换模块的故障注入方法.实例验证表明,采用上述方法可以准确模拟故障信号,有效挖掘现有故障注入手段的潜力,大幅度增加有效注入的故障样本量.A fault injection method based on hierarchical model was presented in order to solve the problem of inadequate fault injection caused by the complexity of line replaceable module(LRM)and the access depth limit of fault injection equipment in testability verification test.The fault behavior in the state space of equipment was analyzed based on the hierarchical correlation model,and the equivalence of fault injection was distinguished.The fault simulation method based on the signal model was proposed,which could reproduce the faults. The fault injection approach was presented based on the structural characteristics of the subjects and the available fault injection methods.Case study shows that the method can accurately simulate the fault signal,effectively tap the potential of the existing fault injection means,and greatly increase the fault sample size of effective injection.
