摘  要:面向飞机构件工装协同设计的需求,研究了基于MBD和多Agent的飞机构件工装协同设计的方法,给出了用于飞机构件工装协同设计的工装MBD模型和工装非几何信息的模板,搭建了基于MBD和多Agent的飞机构件工装协同设计框架,分析了飞机构件工装协同设计时各Agent间的协同通信流程,并基于JADE平台开发了飞机构件工装协同设计系统。In order to satisfy the tooling collaborative design need of aircraft components, tooling collaborative design technology of aircraft components based on MBD and multi-Agent was researched. MBD model of tooling and the model tooling non-geometric information were proposed which would be used in the collaborative design of tooling in the technology. One tooling collaborative design framework based on MBD and multi-Agent was constructed, and the process of collaborative communication was studied among the Agents when they are collaboratively designed the tooling of aircraft components together. Based on the above, a tooling collaborative design system of aircraft components was established based on the technology of JADE.
