摘 要:为了建立不同种源黄芪种子分级标准,以黄芪种子质量标准为基础,对不同种源黄芪(Astragalus membranaceus)种子的净度、千粒质量、含水量、活力及发芽率等指标进行测定,根据聚类分析初步制订14份不同种源地黄芪种子的分级标准.结果表明:不同种源黄芪种子的各项指标都达到显著差异,综合5项指标将不同种子质量分为3个等级;黄芪种子引发处理后存在显著差异,经不同引发剂处理的黄芪种子发芽率及种子活力较对照(清水处理)明显提高,经PEG-6000引发剂处理后的发芽率最高.In order to establish different germplasm of Astragalus membranaceus seed classification criteria based on the quality standard of A. membranaceus seed. The indexes of clarity, 1000-grain weight, water content, vigor and germination rate of different A. membranaceus seeds were analyzed. According to the cluster analysis, 14 grading standards of eight different provenances were established. The results show: Different indicators of A. membranaceus seed reached a significant difference,the combination of five indicators will be different seed quality levels can be divided into three, there was a significant difference in the treatment of A.membranaceus seeds. The seed germination rate and seed vigor of A. membranaceus treated with different initiators were significantly higher than that of the control(water treatment).The germination rate of A. membranaceus seeds treated with PEG-6000 was the highest.
