摘  要:油管悬挂器安装工具对可靠性要求很高,因此需要对其进行可靠性分析,确保其在使用寿命周期内能安全高效地完成既定功能。对结构的几何尺寸、材料参数和载荷因素等参量的不确定性进行了研究,确定了机构的不同类别结构参数所适用的分布形式及变异系数的取值等。针对理论方法进行结构可靠度计算较为繁琐的缺陷,运用ANSYS经典版软件中的PDS模块计算得出相关锁紧机构的可靠度数值,并对影响结构可靠性的参数进行灵敏度分析。分析结果表明:在C形环的影响因素中,许用应力、泊松比、总高度和载荷对结果的影响比较大,其中材料强度对结构可靠度影响程度最大,泊松比次之;在卡爪的影响因素中,许用应力、载荷和锁头宽度对结果的影响比较大,材料强度对结构可靠度影响最大,载荷作用次之。这些对结构可靠度影响较大的参数可以作为对卡爪机构优化设计重点考虑的参数。The tubing hanger running tool has a high requirement lor reliability, and its reliability needs to be analyzed to ensure to safely and efficiently complete the preset functions in the life cycle. The uncertainties ol the geometrical dimensions, material parameters and load ol the structure have been studied. The distribution lorms and the values of variable coefficients of different types of structural parameters of the mechanism have been determined. In view ol the fussy calculation using theoretical method, the reliability of locking mechanism has been calculated using the PDS module in the classic ANSYS software. Moreover, the sensitivity analyses on the parameters affecting the structural reliability have been carried out. The results show th a t, ol the C-ring influencing factors, the allowa-ble stress, Poisson’s ra t io ,total height and load have great effects on the result. The material strength showed the greatest influence on the structural reliability, and the Poisson’s ratio is the second largest factor. Of the influencing factors of claw, the allowable s tre s s, load and lock width has great effects on the result. The material strength has the greatest influence on the structural reliability, and the load is the second. The parameters, which have a great impact on structural reliability, should be given priority in optimal design ol the claw mechanism.
