摘 要:在弯曲井段中,波纹管的通过能力以及变形程度等有别于其他井段,为了在实际应用中为膨胀波纹管在弯曲井段中堵漏、封隔和封固复杂地层等提供理论支持,采用弹塑性力学和有限元分析方法,应用ABAQUS建模,分析了弯曲井段中波纹管的下井过程、膨胀后波谷、长轴、波峰以及不圆度等随压力的变化,并与直井段进行对比,得到弯曲井段与垂直井段变化规律相同。分析了井斜率对波纹管膨胀性能的影响,分析结论表明:不圆度随内压的增大而减小,井斜率越小,则不圆度越小。研究结果可为波纹管在情况更加复杂的弯曲井段中的应用提供指导。In the curved well section, the pass-through capacity and the deformation degree ol the bellows are different from those in other well sections. To provide theoretical support for bellows application in curved well sec-tion to prevent lost circulation, isolate and seal complex formation, based on the method ol elasto-plastic mechanics and finite element analysis, the changes ol the trough, long ax is, crest and out-ol-roundness of the bellows with pressure during run-in-hole and alter expansion in curved well section have been analyzed using ABAQUS modeling. Comparison with the vertical well section shows a similar change ru le. The influence ol well inclination on the ex-pansion performance ol bellows has been analyzed. The out-ol-roundness decreases with the increase ol the internal pressure and the decrease of well inclination. The study results could provide guidance for the application of bellows in more complex curved well sections.
