摘　　要：为加强实验教学改革,电工电子实验教学示范中心从实验教学改革思路、管理体系和管理手段创新、实验室开放及教学内容、教学方法的改革等方面,阐述了中心在创新管理体系和实验教学体系方面的探索与实践,探讨了培养学生创新能力和综合素质的措施和方法。通过构建"三三制"综合实验教学管理体系,全面提升了学生的工程实践、科研创新、写作和商学素养能力的提高,使学生在理论学习、实践操作、创新思维三方面得以协调发展。In order to strengthen the reform of experimental teaching,electrician and electronic experimental teaching demonstration center expounds the center in the innovation management system and experimental teaching system of exploration and practice from the aspects of the reform of the experiment teaching reform,management system and management method of innovation,open laboratory and teaching contents,teaching methods,discusses the measures and methods of cultivating students' innovative ability and comprehensive quality. Building 'three-three'comprehensive experiment teaching management system,enhanced students' qualities of engineering practice,scientific research innovation,writing,and business studies literacy. So that the students can coordinated development in the three aspects of theoretical study,practical operation and innovative thinking.
