摘  要:伴随高校开放实验室逐步增多,如何提高管理、更好地利用大型仪器检测平台为教学和科研服务,充分发挥仪器优势是当前高校仪器管理工作的重要课题。关注培训及机时管理的细节旨在提高仪器开放利用率,便于科研工作的有序、顺利开展。技术培训的重点在于受训人员能顺利完成质量达标、结果准确的谱图,同时人为失误造成的仪器故障少有发生;机时管理则要以人为本,既满足测试要求,又要确保新、老仪器得到合理利用,减少闲置浪费等不良现象。通过在长期的仪器开放实践中一些经验总结,以期对核磁开放实验室的管理者有所帮助和指导。With open laboratories in universities gradually increasing,how to improve the management,make better use of large-scale instruments detection platform,and give full play to the advantage of instruments,when it comes to services for teaching and research? It is an important topic about the current instruments management. Details in training and time management are paid close attention to just for improving the instrument open utilization rate and making the scientific research work orderly,smoothly. The focus of technical training is that the trainees could successfully complete the spectra with quality and accuracy,while the instrument failure by human error occurs less. Time management is to be people-oriented,not only to meet the test requirements,but also to ensure that the new and old instruments more reasonable utilization,less waste and other undesirable phenomena. In the longterm management practice of open instruments platform,some experiences are summarized on the expectation that administrators of open NMR laboratory would get some help and advice.
