摘　　要：文章介绍了农村水电增效扩容改造设计中节能降耗设计的原则,阐述了通过更新改造机电设备、无功补偿、合理选择输电线路材料和截面、水轮机与发电机匹配,水轮机性能参数与运行参数匹配等方法来实现节能。This paper introduces the design principle of energy saving and consumption expansion transformation efficiency of rural hydropower design,describes the renovation of mechanical and electrical equipment, reactive power compensation, rea- sonable selection of transmission line materials and cross section,hydraulic turbine and generator,turbine performance parame-ters and operation parameters, and other methods to achieve energy saving.
