摘　　要：在当今激烈的就业形势下,培养高技能的复合型人才就变得尤为重要。为此,高校应该制定明确的培养目标,建立目标导向型的人才培养计划,力求培养对社会有用的技术人才。此外还要培养学生的实践能力,帮助学生做好就业的准备,让他们能够更好地处理学生和社会人员两个角色。In today＇s highly competitive situation, it is very important to cultivate highly skilled talents.To this end,colleges and universities should develop a clear training objectives,establish target-oriented personnel training program,and strive to cul-tivate useful technical talent for the community.In addition, it needs to cultivate students＇ practical ability and help students pre-pare for employment, so that they can better handle the two roles of students and social workers.
