养心益气汤联合西药对心衰患者NT-proBNP含量和心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨养心益气汤剂联合西药治疗心衰患者疗效及对NT-proBNP含量和心功能的影响。方法:选择慢性心力衰竭患者70例按照随机表法分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合养心益气汤治疗。两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后血浆NT-proBNP含量和心功能指标变化,及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组(65.71%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血浆NT-proBNP含量下降(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血浆NT-proBNP含量低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后LVEF增加,而LVESD和LVEDD下降(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后LVEF高于对照组,而LVESD和LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:养心益气汤剂联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效显著,且用药安全性良好,具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the effect of Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with heart failure and the changes of plasma NT-proBNP levels and cardiac function indexes.Methods：70cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group each35 cases.The control group was treated with western medicine,the observation group in the control group on the basis of Yangxin Yiqi decoction.The course of treatment was 4weeks in two groups.Compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups,the changes of plasma NT-proBNP levels and cardiac function indexes before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results：The total efficiency of the observation group（91.43%）was higher than the control group（65.71%）（P〈0.05）;the two groups of patients after treatment of plasma NTproBNP decreased（P〈0.05）;patients in the observation group after treatment of plasma NT-proBNP was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;the two groups of patients after treatment of LVEF increased,while LVESD and LVEDD decreased（P〈0.05）;the observation group after treatment in patients with LVEF was higher than the control group,while LVESD and LVEDD lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;no obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusion：Yiqi Yangxin decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating patients with chronic heart failure,and the safety is good,has the vital significance.
