刃针治疗颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较刃针与毫针对颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的疗效。方法:将60例颈肩MPS患者,按照随机分派,单盲对照分配至刃针组和毫针组各30例,在治疗开始前,1个疗程结束后,2个疗程结束后3个时间点,对患者进行评估,比较两组临床症状和体征,VAS评分和临床疗效。结果:两组患者临床症状和体征,VAS评分,临床疗效均较治疗前明显降低,前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间对比刃针组VAS评分低于毫针组,临床有效率高于毫针组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:刃针疗法可快速缓解MPS的疼痛症状,提高有效率,效果优于毫针组。Objective：to compare curative effect on neck and shoulder MPS by blade needle and acupuncture needle,to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Methods：A single-blind randomized controlled trial was designed to study60 cases MPS,two groups had 30 cases.To compare two groups＇ clinical symptoms and signs,VAS scores and clinical curative effect in beginning,after a period of treatment and after two periods of treatment.Results：The group comparison：two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs,VAS score,clinical curative effect was significantly decreased,the difference in treatment of before and after was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Blade needle in VAS score lower than the acupuncture needle group,the clinical curative effect of effectiveness was higher than the acupuncture needle group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Blade needle therapy can alleviate the pain symptoms of MPS quickly,improve the efficient,the curative effect of blade needle therapy is better.
