摘  要:提升亲和力是2016年全国高校思想政治工作会议的重要部署.书院制是高校提升思想政治工作亲和力的重要方式和载体.对于提升思想政治工作亲和力,书院制能从教育内容、教育方式、文化传承等方面发挥积极作用.从肇庆学院提升思想政治工作亲和力的实践看,书院制建设提升高校思想政治工作亲和力应坚持以生为本、全员育人、XY坐标和特色办院的理念,实施精神亲和、提炼书院精神,文化亲和、构建书院文化,人员亲和、完备组织机构,制度亲和、制定合理制度,服务亲和、增强育人功能,设施亲和、配套相应设施等措施.Affinity building is one important decision made at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities in 2016. As a major means and carrier for that purpose, the Chinese-style academy system can play an active role in terms of educational content, educational methods and cultural inheritance. Zhaoqing University^ practice shows development of the academy system for building affinity to the work is to follow some principles. They are students come first, all are educators, XY coordinates are used, and distinguishing features are pursued. Spiritual affinity is developed to better interpret the essence of the academy system; cultural affinity is built to develop the academy culture; affinity among people is meant for a perfect organizational structure; affinity for a system leads to the establishment of reasonable rules; affinity throughout service strengthens the educational function; affinity for facilities demands that complete facilities are available.
