摘 要:针对船舶产业结构不合理,产能过剩严重,产业竞争过度和区域产业绩效水平低下等问题,本文分析了区域船舶产业绩效影响因素,并测度了区域船舶产业绩效指数。采用主成分分析等方法对中国区域船舶产业绩效影响因素进行指标筛选,利用熵权法构建区域船舶产业绩效指数模型,实证分析了2014年中国16个区域船舶产业绩效影响因素和产业绩效指数。研究结果表明:区域间政策绩效和创新绩效差别较大,波动幅度比较明显,而市场绩效和产权绩效比较集中;从产业绩效指数测度结果来看,省域船舶产业绩效指数基本呈现三梯度分布。本文研究结果对中国区域船舶产业结构转化和升级提供有效的决策参考。In view of the unreasonable industrial structure,serious overcapacity,excessive industrial competition,and low performance level of the regional ship industry,the performance influencing factors of the regional ship industry were systematically analyzed. Moreover,the industrial performance indices were measured. Principal component analysis was used to select the factors affecting the performance of China's regional ship industry. The entropy weight method was utilized to establish an index model on the performance of China's regional ship industry. The 2014 performance influencing factors and performance indices of 16 Chinese regional ship industries were analyzed by demonstration. Results indicate that the differences in the aspects of policy performances and innovation performances between different regions were large,and the fluctuation range was obvious. However,market performance and ownership performance were comparatively concentrated. Regarding the measurement results of the industrial performance index,the performance indices of the ship industry within a province appeared to be the distribution of three kinds of gradients. This study provides a reference for the transformation and upgrade of China's regional ship industry.
