摘  要:自国家十二五规划提出建设3600万套保障房以来,我国公共租赁住房发展迅速,2014年廉租住房并入公共租赁住房,公共租赁住房的发展取得了阶段性成果,然而公共租赁住房建设需要大量资金,本文针对如何建立健全住房保障体系,解决公共租赁住房建设过程中的资金问题进行了分析,并提出了公共租赁住房融资模式多元化的建议。Since the countr's 12th F iv e -Y e a r Plan h ad proposed to construct 36 million sets of affordable housing, the development of public rental housing in China has been rapid. In 2014, low-rent housing has been incorporated into public rental housing, and the development of public rental housing has achieved initial results. However, the construction of public rental housing needs a lot of money. This paper analyzes how to establish a sound housing security system and solve the capital problems in construction of public rental housing, and puts forward the proposal of diversification of public rental housing financing mode.
