摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职教育人才培养的重要环节,学生通过顶岗实习内化理论知识、培养职业素养、提高操作技能,逐步完成由学生向企业员工的角色转变。而目前顶岗实习成效参齐不齐,通过调研,发现造成这一现状的原因是多方面的,既有学校、学生方面的原因;也有企业和社会方面的原因,文章针对这一现状进行了深入的归纳分析,并提出了对应的解决对策。The internship is an important part of the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education. Students can internalize theoretical knowledge, cultivate professional quality, improve operational skills through internship, and gradually complete the role transformation from students to employees. And the current internship results vary, Through research, it is found that the causes of this situation are multifaceted, both concerning schools, students and enterprises and society. This article analyzes this situation in depth and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
