摘　　要：警察查缉战术主要是指警察在依照国家法律查询、搜捕、缉拿违法犯罪嫌疑人过程中,在可能面对武力冲突的情况下采取行动的原则及方法,警察查缉战术与军事战术之间存在一定区别。本文主要针对警察查缉战术的一些问题进行系统性分析和探讨,希望可以为我国警察查缉战术的发展提供一定帮助。Police inspection tactics mainly refers to the principles and methods the police will adopt in accordance with national law in inquiring, searching and arresting illegal suspects, and there are some differences between police inspection tactics and military tactics. Some problems of police inspection tactics were systematically analyzed and discussed in this paper, hoping to provide some help for the development of police tactics of China.
