细辛脑注射液联合孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德雾化治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的探究细辛脑注射液联合孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德雾化治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2015年1月-2016年5月收治的64例支气管哮喘患儿临床资料,所有患儿均采取细辛脑注射液联合孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德雾化方案治疗,将其作为研究组,并分析2013年6月-2014年12月采取孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化治疗的64例支气管哮喘患儿作为参照组,对比两组患儿治疗后疗效、日间及夜间哮喘发作次数、症状消失及住院时间、肺功能改善情况及患儿治疗前后气道炎性介质水平变化、药物副反应及6个月复发情况、家属治疗满意程度等。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率为98.45%,显著高于参照组89.06%,P<0.05;研究组患儿治疗后日间及夜间哮喘发作平均次数均少于参照组,P<0.05;研究组患儿症状消失时间及住院时间均短于参照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组患儿肺功能指标相当,P>0.05,治疗后各组指标均改善,研究组改善优于参照组,P<0.05;两组患儿治疗后气道炎性介质水平均改善,研究组优于参照组,P<0.05;研究组药物副反应率为1.56%,与参照组相当3.13%,P>0.05;研究组患儿6个月复发率为1.56%,低于参照组10.94%,家属满意率高达100.00%,高于参照组87.50%,P<0.05。结论细辛脑注射液联合孟鲁司特钠及布地奈德雾化治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效显著,患儿肺功能明显改善,恢复快,药物副反应少,6个月复发率低,安全性高,且家属高度认可该治疗方案,可于临床推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect and safety evaluation of asarone injection combined with Montelukast sodium and budesonide atomization in treatment of children with bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 64 children with bronchial asthma from January 2015 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were all given asarone injection combined with Montelukast sodium and budesonide atomization as the study group.Another 64 children with bronchial asthma from June 2013 to December 2013 received Montelukast sodium and budesonide atomization were taken as the control group.Their curative effect after treatment, frequency, daytime and nighttime attacks of asthma symptoms and the duration of hospital stay, lung function, drug side effects and recurrence were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 98.45% in the study group, significantly higher than 89.06% in the control group （P〈0.05）.The average attacks of asthma were less in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.The symptoms disappear time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）.Their lung function showed no significant difference before treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）, but the improvement of lung function was more pronounced in the study group than in the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）.The airway inflammatory medium level improved after treatment, and the study group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of drug adverse events was 1.56% in the study group, and 3.13% in the control group （P〉0.05）.The recurrence within 6 months was 1.56% in the study group, lower than 10.94% in the control group.Family satisfaction rate was 100.00% in the study group and 87.50% in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Asarone injection combined with Montelukast sodium and budesonide atomization has excellent curative effect in treatment of children with bronchial asthma, which can improve pulmonary funct
