支气管哮喘患者的相关危险因素分析及其心理健康状况

摘　　要：目的分析支气管哮喘患者的相关危险因素及其心理健康状况。方法 2015年5月至2016年5月来我院就诊的支气管哮喘患者以及同期就诊的非哮喘患者,分为研究组和对照组,探索支气管哮喘的相关危险因素及其心理健康状况。结果单因素分析发现,支气管哮喘的发作与性别、年龄等因素无明显相关性(P>0.05),与家族史、过敏史、吸烟或污染环境居住史、天气变化等因素显著相关(P<0.01)。通过多种因素logistic回归分析发现,家族史、过敏史、吸烟或污染环境居住史、天气变化是哮喘发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。两组患者在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖方面的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),在敌对、偏执和精神病性方面的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论具有家族史、过敏史、吸烟或污染环境居住史、天气变化等是支气管哮喘的危险因素,支气管哮喘患者心理健康状况较差,临床诊疗过程中要注意关注其心理状况。Objective To analyze risk factors of patients with bronchial asthma and their psychological health.Methods The study selected asthma patients as the study group and non-asthma patients as the control group from May 2015 to May 2016.The related risk factors of bronchial asthma and their mental health were explored.Results Single factor analysis found that the attack of bronchial asthma had no correlation with gender or age （P〉0.05）, but correlated with family history, history of allergies, history of smoking or living environmental pollution, and climate change （P〈0.01）.Logistic regression analysis found that the independent risk factors included family history, history of allergies, history of smoking or living environmental pollution, and climate change （P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in somatization, force symptom, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, and terror between the two groups （P〈0.05）, and no difference in hostility, paranoid or psychotic （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Family history, history of allergies, smoking or polluted live environment, and weather changes are risk factors of bronchial asthma, and bronchial asthma patients have poor mental health status, which needs to be paid attention to their psychological condition in the course of clinical diagnosis.
