摘　　要：简述了图书馆社会责任的研究现状,根据公共图书馆和高校图书馆的自身特点和优势,指出其应承担的不同社会责任,并提出利用各自的差异性服务,优势互补,从而更好地实现图书馆对社会责任的担当。This paper summarizes the research status of library’s social responsibility, and according to the characteristics and advantages of public libraries and university libraries,points out the different social responsibility between public libraries and university libraries, and puts forward to use the difference service to complement each other,so as to make libraries better responsible for social responsibility.
