摘 要:五孔探针是测量叶轮机械流场的精确工具,探针在流场中的弯曲变形和振动都会对测试精度产生影响.本文利用数值模拟和实验测试的手段,对探针在不同支撑位置和不同来流速度下的形变和振动问题进行了研究.结果显示:支撑点的位置严重影响探针的抗弯性能,在气流速度80m/s、支撑位置176mm工况时,五孔探针头部的最大变形量达到1mm,影响了测点位置和测量气流角度的准确性;五孔探针的振动受支撑位置和气流速度的影响较小,基本不会发生由于卡门涡街诱导的流致振动现象,对测量精度的影响可以忽略.The five hole probe is an accurate tool for measuring the flow field of the impeller. The ben- ding deformation and vibration of the probe in the flow field will affect the accuracy of the test. By means of numerical simulation and experimental test, the deformation and vibration of the probe in dif- ferent support position and velocity are studied. The results show that the deformation of the probe is influenced greatly by the support position and the velocity of the air. The maximum deformation of the probe head reaches lmm when the air velocity is 80m/s and the support point is 176mm. And the accura- cy of the measurement is affected. The vibration of the probe is little influenced by the velocity of the air and will not happen the induced vibration because of Carmen vortex induced flow. The influence of probe vibration on measurement accuracy can be ignored.
