中医综合护理对心内科住院患者护理满意度及失眠症状的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医综合护理对心内科住院患者护理满意度及失眠症状的影响。方法将100例伴有失眠症状的心内科住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医综合护理,对比观察2组患者护理满意度、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)与阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)以及睡眠质量。结果观察组总满意度为92.0%高于对照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前2组患者的PSQI、AIS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后2组患者的PSQI评分均升高,AIS评分均降低,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组睡眠质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心内科具有失眠症状住院患者实施中医综合护理措施可明显改善患者的失眠症状,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on nursing satisfaction and insomnia symptoms in inpatients with cardiology. Methods 100 cardiology hospitalized patients with insomnia were randomly divided into observation group（ 50 cases） and control group（ 50 cases）. The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care. The nursing satisfaction,pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI）,arsenal insomnia scale（ AIS） and sleep quality between two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the observation group（ 92. 0%） was higher than that of the control group（ 60. 0%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in PSQI and AIS scores between the two groups before treatment（ P〉0. 05）; The scores of PSQI in two groups were both increased and the AIS score were both decreased,and the change of observation group was greater than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The excellent and good rate of sleep quality in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve insomnia symptoms of cardiology hospitalized patients with insomnia,and improve the patients＇ insomnia symptoms.
