内环板宽度对钢管混凝土柱节点性能影响的有限元分析

摘  要:在理论计算和试验的基础上,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,研究在相同的荷载和边界条件下,内环板的不同宽度对钢管混凝土柱节点性能的影响规律。结果表明,内环板的宽度对节点梁端的最大位移无明显影响,对节点的最大应力有显著影响;节点破坏时,梁首先破坏,加强环板是安全的,因此内加强环板焊接可以考虑不采用全熔透焊缝。On the basis of the theoretical calculation and experiments,under the same load and boundary conditions,the effect of the interior ring plate on performance of CFST( concrete-filled steel tube) joint was studied by applying the finite element analysis. The results showed that the maximum displacement of beam-end of the joint was little affected by the width of the interior ring plate; the maximum stress was significant affected by the width of the interior ring plate; the interior ring plate was safe when the joint was failure,so the non-full penetration welds could be considered instead of full penetration welds when the interior ring plate was welded.
