摘 要:脉图绘制训练法是针对脉诊教学中脉象抽象、难理解的特点而创立的辅助教学的一种实训方法。通过与常规脉诊理论教学的对比研究,脉图绘制辅助常规理论教学的实验组,教学效果明显优于常规理论教学的对照组。该法主要是强化学生在脉诊过程进行心理构建,使抽象的脉象具体化。学生通过绘制脉图可以加深对脉象的理解,重新塑造脉象的立体化形象,促进教学效果提升。The training method of pulse-chart drawing is a practical training method for assisting teaching,which is established according to the abstract and indigestible characteristics of pulse condition in teaching of pulse diagnosis.The teaching effectiveness was superior in test group to that in control group after compared between pulse-chart drawing combining conventional theory teaching and conventional theory teaching.This method can concretize pulse condition through strengthening psychological construction during the course of pulse diagnosis.Students can enhance their comprehension to pulse condition and get three-dimensional image through pulse-chart drawing.The teaching effectiveness has been improved.
