摘 要:以广州市增城区某B级高度高层办公楼为例,考虑结构主要设计指标及材料经济性,对钢筋混凝土剪力墙核心筒、型钢混凝土剪力墙核心筒以及钢板混凝土剪力墙核心筒三个核心筒方案进行对比分析,指出核心筒方案选型的控制因素,计算结果表明,在本地区风荷载和地震作用的特定条件下,结构高度为250m的高层办公楼采用型钢混凝土剪力墙核心筒,满足主要设计指标的前提下材料用量最优,可对类似工程提供参考。Taking a B-level high structure in Guangzhou Zengcheng district as an example,considering the main design index and material economy of the structure,comparing the corewall plans of the reinforced concrete shearwall structure,the steel reinforced concrete shearwall structure and the steel plate reinforced concrete shearwall structure,and point out the control factors of the corewall plan selection. The calculation results show that the high-rise office building with structural height of 250 m under the designated conditions of wind action and earthquake action in this area which adopts the corewall of the steel reinforced concrete shearwall meets the main design index under the premise of the optimal amount of material and can be used as a reference for the similar projects.
