切开挂线对口引流术治疗蹄铁型肛瘘的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨切开挂线对口引流术治疗蹄铁型肛瘘的临床疗效,回顾分析行手术治疗的76例蹄铁型肛瘘患者资料,按手术方法不同分为观察组（39例,采用切开挂线对口引流术治疗）和对照组（37例,采用切开挂线术治疗）,对比2组手术总体疗效、住院时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症等.结果显示,观察组治愈率（32/39,82.05%）明显高于对照组（26/37,70.27%）,P〈0.05.观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,P〈0.05.观察组术后第3、7天疼痛评分明显低于对照组,P〈0.05.2组术后出血、肛门潮湿、住院时间情况比较差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05.结果表明,切开挂线对口引流术治疗蹄铁型肛瘘安全可行,治愈率高,创面愈合快,疼痛轻,患者痛苦小.In order to explore the clinical effect of incision and thread-drawing counter drainage procedure in the treatment of horseshoe-type anal fistula, author retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 76 patients with horseshoe-type anal fistula performed operation.According to different surgical methods, 76 cases were divided into the observation group （39 cases,accepted using incision and thread-drawing counter drainage procedure） and the control group （37 cases, accepted incision and thread-drawing procedure）.The overall efficacy, hospital stay, wound-surface healing time, postoperative complications and so on of the two groups were compared.As results, the curative rate in the observation group （32/39, 82.05%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （26/37, 70.27%）, P〈0.05.The wound-surface healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 3th and 7th day after operation （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the postoperative bleeding, anal moisture condition, hospital stay （P〉0.05）.In conclusion, the procedure used in the observation group for the treatment of horseshoe-type anal fistula is safe and feasible, has high curative rate, fast wound-surface healing.The patients have less pain.
