摘 要:为了解决高含量莠去津悬浮剂容易析水的问题,利用流点法对莠去津悬浮剂的分散剂进行初步筛选,根据Zeta电势和粒径大小,进行优化组合确定了分散剂的最佳种类和用量;在此基础上,结合莠去津悬浮剂热贮后的物化性能,确定了500g/L莠去津悬浮剂的最佳配方为莠去津原药46.5%、SD-208为4%、乙二醇4.0%、黄原胶0.15%、有机硅消泡剂0.1%、苯甲酸钠0.1%、去离子水补足,结果表明,该产品热贮14d后,悬浮率95%以上,分解率<5%,其他各项指标均符合悬浮剂的要求。In order to reduce the syneresis rate of high content of Atrazine Suspending Concentrate(SC), we carried out a series of preparation and research. The dispersant of atrazine suspending concentrate was screened by flow point method. The optimal combination and dosage of the dispersant were determined by use the Zeta potential and particle size results. On the basis of this, the optimum formulation of 500 g/L atrazine suspension was determined by comparing the physicochemical properties of Atrazine SC after hot storage. The optimum formula was as follow, Atrazine 46.5%, SD-208 4.0%, ethylene glycol 4.0%, xanthan gum 0.15%, organic silicon defoamer 0.1%, sodium benzoate 0.1%, and water added up to 100%. The results showed that the suspension rate is above 95% and the decomposition rate is less than 5% after the product is stored for 14 days at 54±2 ℃. Besides, the other indexes are complied with the requirements of the SC formulation.
