摘  要:目的探讨贝前列素钠治疗肺动脉高压(PAH)的效果及其作用机制。方法选取医院收治的PAH患者106例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各53例。对照组给予针对PAH及其原发病常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,给予贝前列素钠治疗,两组均治疗20 d。对比两组的临床治疗效果以及治疗前和治疗20 d后动脉氧分压(Pa O2)、一氧化氮(NO)、血清N-端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的变化。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组Pa O2、NO和NT-pro BNP水平差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗20 d后,两组Pa O2和NO显著高于治疗前,而NT-pro BNP显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝前列素钠治疗PAH的效果显著,其作用机制可能与调节患者的Pa O2、NO和NT-pro BNP水平有关。Objective To explore the effects and acting mechanism of beraprost sodium in the treatment of pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH). Methods A total of 106 patients with PAH were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group (n=53, respectively). The control group was treated with conventional therapy for PAH and the primary disease. The observation group was additionally treated with beraprost sodium. The two groups were treated for 20 days. The effects and the changes in the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), nitric oxide (NO) and serum n-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP) before the treatment and 20 days after the treatment between the two groups were compared, Results After the treatment, the overall response rate (ORR) in the observation group was much higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Before the treatment, the levels of PaO2, NO and NT-pro BNP between the two groups before the treatment had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05); 20 days after the treatment, the PaO2 and NO in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment, while NT-pro BNP decreased greatly (P 〈 0.05) and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Beraprost sodium has significant effects in the treatment of PAH. The acting mechanism may be correlated to the regulation of patients' PaO2, NO and NT-pro BNP levels.
