摘　　要：卫生法规是医师资格考试的重要内容之一。自医师资格考试实施以来,为适应医师资格考试的改革与发展及卫生法制化建设的进程,在以岗位胜任力为导向的基本理念下,多次对临床类别、口腔类别以及公共卫生类别的执业医师及执业助理医师的卫生法规考试大纲进行了修订,以进一步完善考试设计,提高考试的科学性;更有利于考生有效掌握和应用法律知识,增强法律意识,提高其依法执业的能力;对医学院校培养医学生的法律素养起到一定的促进和启示作用,体现了医师资格考试对医学教育的导向作用。Health legislations and regulations are one of the important elements of Medical licensing examination. In the post competency-oriented ideology, the health legislations and regulations examination outline of medical licensing physicians and assistants had been revised and perfected several times in the areas of： Clinical medical prac- titioners, Dental practitioners and Public health practitioners since the implementation of the medical licensing exam- ination. To meet the reform and development needs of Medical Licensing Examination and progress development of health legislation. It has further improved the examination design, and enhanced the scientific element of the Medical Licensing Examination, Simultaneously, it is beneficial to the candidate to grasp and apply the knowledge of legisla- tions and regulations effectively, enhance legal awareness, improve their ability to practice according to the law. In addition, it plays a role in promoting and inspiring the medical colleges to cultivate medical students＂ legislative literacy, fulfilling the role of providing medical educational guidance through the Medical Licensing Examination.
