摘 要:Buck变换器广泛应用于飞机、火车、汽车等辅助电源系统中。通常这些场合的电源系统具有高功率、大电流的特点,导致变换器损耗较大、效率不高,EMI问题严重。针对这些问题,文中提出了一种带耦合电感的交错并联断续Buck变换器设计方法,首先分析了耦合系数对电流纹波和动态性能的影响,其次给出了耦合电感参数设计方法,最后进行了仿真实验研究。结果表明,通过合理的设计,耦合电感能够改善电路的稳态和动态性能,同时降低了损耗,提高了电路的效率。Buck converters are widely used in the auxiliary power supply system of train,aircraft and car.On these occasions,the power supply system owns high power and current,which leads to large converter loss,low efficiency,serious EMI problem.To solve these problems,a design method of interleaved parallel Buck converter with coupled inductors is presented in this paper.Firstly,the influences of the coupling coefficients of inductor to the current ripple and the dynamic response of the interlock parallel DCM Buck converter are analyzed.Secondly,the design method of reverse coupling inductor is provided.At last,the simulation experiment is carried out.The result shows that reverse coupling inductor can improve both steady-state and dynamic performances of the circuit with the proper design.At the same time,the high efficiency is got with less power loss.
