摘  要:大功率电磁勘测发射机MTEM作为人工场源电磁法勘探必备的仪器设备,其性能和可靠性严重制约着整个地质勘测的水平。该发射机产生恒定电压源并按一定频率进行逆变发射,分析地下矿体产生的反馈电磁场以此来进行地球物理探测。为获得有效数据,要求MTEM发射机具有稳定大功率、大电流、质量轻、体积小的特点,为以后大功率地质勘探设备的工业化做准备。文中通过对比分析开关电源各种拓扑结构电路的特点,选用移相全桥ZVZCS变换器作为主拓扑结构,大大降低了发射机开关损耗,并使用伪随机编码作为发射波形,提高了整体探测结果的精度。As essential equipment for electromagnetic exploration,multi-channel high-power transmitter's(MTEM)performance and reliability is seriously restricting the level of the entire Geological survey.The transmitter generates and inverters a constant voltage source according to a certain frequency.And the effective electromagnetic field is generated by connecting the ground resistance to carry out geophysical exploration.In order to obtain valid data,it requires MTEM transmitter has a large stable voltage,high current and high precision,light weight,small size.Preparing for the industrialization of high-power equipment in future.Through comparing various switching power supply circuit topology's features,selects phase-shift full bridge ZVZCS converter as the main topology structure,greatly reduces the transmitter switch loss,and using pseudo random coding as emission waveforms,the overall detection accuracy of the results are improved.
