摘 要:我国饶线式异步电动机广泛应用于大负载负荷,而异步电机的升压斩波调阻调速作为一种高效、可靠的调速方案,尤其是在风机、泵类负载等应用场合具有更明显的优势。文章以异步电机为研究对象,以斩波调速为技术手段,对系统原理进行分析,从理论上验证了该系统的可行性,同时详细地阐述了PI闭环控制和控制系统的数学实现等设计中应用到的技术。In China,winding type asynchronous motor is widely used in high load,while the boost chopper controlled induction motor has more obvious advantages in fan and pump load applications because of its efficient and reliable control scheme.Based on the asynchronous motor as the research object,the principle of the system was analyzed by using the chopper speed control technology and the feasibility of the system was proved in theory.The PI closed-loop control and control system to achieve the mathematical design application technology were also described in detail.
