摘　　要：路志正教授是我国首届国医大师之一,临床擅长治疗脾胃病,本文从病机认识、治则治法、用药规律以及注意事项等角度系统梳理了路老治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临证思路。路老提出胃阴不足虽为慢性萎缩性胃炎的主要证候,但亦常见气滞、血瘀、气虚、阳虚、湿阻、热郁之证,且因其症状繁多、病因相异,故临床诊治当在辨别主证的基础上辨别虚实寒热、审因论治;遣方用药根据患者实际情况遵圆机活法、灵活化裁,多脾胃同调,用药轻灵活泼;内科用药之外还应药食配合、身心同治。对路老治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临证经验进行梳理,为临床本病的治疗和科学研究的开展提供了良好借鉴。Professor LU Zhizheng is one of the most famous TCM doctors in China and he is good at treating spleen and stomach diseases. This article summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic treatment,medication rules and cautions of Chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG）. Despite the stomach-yin of deficiency syndrome of CAG is the main type,but also we often seen qi stagnation,blood stasis,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,dampness,heat etc. Due to CAG with various symptoms and causes,We have to distinguish between deficiency and excessive,cold and heat. And we also need to clear the causes. Prescription composition often changes and simultaneous treatment of spleen and stomach. Properties of TCM drugs are light. Lu Zhizheng also pay more attention to diets and emotions of CAG patients. Inherit TCM Master Lu Zhizheng＇s Academic experience in the treatment of atrophic gastritis. It＇s good for us in clinical treatment and scientific researches.
