摘 要:根据不确定度评定的相关规则与标准,对烟气脱硫设备脱硫效率测定不确定度的来源进行了识别,对各不确定度分量进行了计算、合成和评估。结果表明:脱硫效率测定的不确定度可达到较大值,在实际应用中应予以重视;脱硫效率本身的大小对不确定度的影响较大,仪器示值误差和脱硫设备进、出口烟气流量测定误差对不确定度的影响也较大,在实际测定中,可采取相应措施减小不确定度。Based on the criteria of the evaluation of uncertainty, the sources of the uncertainty in measurement of the flue gas desulphurization efficiency was identified, and each component was calculated, synthesized, and evaluated. The result showed that the uncertainty could be a large value, so it should be concerned in practical application. The value of desulphurization efficiency itself most affected the uncertainty. The indication error of flue gas SO2 analyzer and the flow measurement error of flue gas for the equipment inlet or outlet, also affected the uncertainty, appropriate method could be conducted to reduce this affection in measurement.
