福建无烟煤和木业污泥混合燃烧特性分析

摘  要:燃料分析检测结果表明,福建无烟煤具有挥发分低、热值高等特性,木业污泥具有挥发分高、着火温度较低等特性;在贫氧条件下,三种无烟煤都较难燃烬,木业污泥燃烧性能受到影响;在空气燃烧氛围条件下,三种无烟煤和木业污泥燃烧性能得到改善,龙岩无烟煤和木业污泥掺烧比例确定为50%;较低的升温速率有利于燃料受热的均匀性,有利于燃料的分解燃烧。It was shown from fuel analysis results that Fujian anthracite had the properties of low volatile content and high calorific value,andsawmill sludgehad the features of high volatile content and low ignition temperature. Under the lean oxygen condition, three kinds of anthracite fuel were all difficult to combust completely, and sawmill sludgecombustion performance was affected. Under the air condition, the combustion performances of three kinds of anthracite and sawmill sludgewere all improved, and the mixed mass ratio of Longyan anthracite and sawmill sludgewas determined at 50%. The experimental results indicated that the lower heating rate was conducive to the uniform heating of fuel and was helpful to the decomposing combustion of fuel.
