多次人流术可导致甲状腺功能减退的研究

摘　　要：目的针对克拉玛依市第二人民医院人流术后的甲状腺功能减退者的甲状腺测定指标的变化,分析了人流后若干年对甲状腺指标的影响。方法测定30-50岁之前做3次人流术人群甲状腺激素各项指标并分析。这年龄阶段进行统计学分析研究,用化学发光仪检测人流3次后30-50岁人群并发甲减的几率。结果通过对108例做过3次人流术的个体进行游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、甲状腺过氧化酶抗体(TPO-Ab)、甲状腺结合球蛋白(TBG)的检测,在108例筛查人群中健康人21例,检出率19%;甲减87例,检出率81%。两组结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论多次人流造成机体免疫力下降容易引起甲减,引发甲减的几率达到81%。Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism after induced abortion in Second People＇s Hospital of Karamay, and analyze the effect of several years after abortion on thyroid index. Method All kinds of the thyroid hormone index of the crowd who had 3 times artificial abortion operations before 30-50 ages were measured and analyzed. Statistical analysis was performed at this age. The probability of hypothyroidism complicated of 30-50 years old crowd after 3 times artificial abortion operations was detected by the chemiluminescence analyzer. Results Three free triiodothyronine （FT3）, free thyroxine （FT4）, thyroid stimulating hotanone （TSH）, thyroid peroxidase antibody （TPO-Ab）, thyroxine binding globulin （TBG） of 108 cases person who had 3 times artificial abortion operations were detected. In 108 screening populations, 21 cases were healthy, the detection rate was 19%; 87 cases were hypothyroidism, the detection rate was 81%.There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Repeated abortion can reduce the body＇s immunity, easily lead to hypothyroidism, which lead to the occurrence probability of hypothyroidism reached 81%.
