消糜阴道泡腾片治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究对宫颈糜烂患者应用消糜阴道泡腾片的临床疗效。方法选取2014年4月至2016年4月来本院治疗宫颈糜烂的患者96例,采用随机分组的方法,分为对照组和实验组,其中对照组患者为48例,采用消糜栓治疗,实验组患者为48例,采用消糜阴道泡腾片治疗,治疗一段时间后,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果统计发现,实验组宫颈糜烂患者的总有效率为93.75%,对照组宫颈糜烂患者的总有效率为81.25%,两组患者比较有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈糜烂的患者应用消糜阴道泡腾片,可以显著地改善患者的宫颈糜烂情况,具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Xiao Mi of vaginal effervescent tablets on patients with cervical erosion. Methods 96 cases of cervical erosion treated in our hospital frmn April 2014 to April 2016 were selected, using the method of randomized, divided into control group and experimental group, the control group were 48 patients with Xiaomishuan treatment, the cxperinaental group for 48 cases with the Xiaomi vaginal effervescent tablets treatment, after a period of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The statistical discovery that the total effective rate was 93.75% in the experimental group, and the total effective rate in the control group was 81.25%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of patients with cervical erosion j ialikang effervescent vaginal tablets, can significantly improve the cervical erosion patients, has good treatment effect, worthy of promotion.
