摘 要:陶粒混凝土砌块以绿色环保、节能低耗的特性成为节能建筑发展的热门.采用圆球型页岩陶粒和膨胀珍珠岩两种材料替代石子和砂子作为轻粗骨料和轻细骨料,以粉煤灰替代部分水泥,添加必要的外加剂,通过正交试验研制了一种新型的轻质节能陶粒混凝土砌块,该砌块抗压强度大于5 MPa,抗折强度达到2 MPa,表观密度≤1 200 kg/m^3,导热系数低于0.7 W/(m·K)~0.8 W/(m·K).经分析和物理力学性能试验表明:砌块配合比设计合理,抗裂性能、隔音效果良好,是适合南方使用的轻质节能型墙体材料.With the characteristics of green, energy saving and low consumption, ceramsite concrete block has become popular in energy-saving building development. In this article, spherical shale ceramsite and expanded perlite were used to replace gravel and sand as lightweight coarse aggregate and lightweight fine aggregate respectively, fly ash was used to replace part of the cement and necessary additives were added, a new type of lightweight ceramsite concrete block was developed through orthogonal experiments, in which the compressive strength was greater than 5 MPa, the flexural strength reached 2 MPa, the apparent density was less than or equal to 1 200 kg/m3 and the thermal conductivity coefficient was lower than 0.7 W/(m-K)-0.8 W/(m. K). The analysis and physical and mechanical properties experiments indicated that the concrete block's mix proportion design is reasonable with a good anti-cracking performance and good sound insulation effect. And the block is a suitable lightweight energy-saving wall material used in the south China.
