摘 要:以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备Pr_xZr_(1-x)O_y系列载体(其中,x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5),再用浸渍法负载镍制备镍基催化剂.分别用XRD,H_2-TPR及TPO表征催化剂的结构和氧化还原性质,在微型固定床反应器上考察了催化剂在甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应中的活性.结果表明:所制备的催化剂在甲烷水蒸气重整制氢反应中有良好的活性和抗积炭能力,镨锆元素的摩尔比为2∶8时,催化剂的活性是最好的,650℃时甲烷转化率达到94%,氢气的摩尔百分数达到78.4%.PrcZr1-xOy (x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5) composite oxide support were prepared with precipitator NH4HCO3 through co-precipitation, then Ni-catalysts were prepared through impregnation doped nickel. The catalyst structure and oxidation-reduction quality were characterized by XRD, H2-TPR and TPO respectively. The catalytic activity was investigated in a fixed bed micro-reactor about steam reforming of methane for producing hydrogen reaction. The results showed that all the prepared catalysts had good activity and resistance to carbon deposition in steam reforming of methane for producing hydrogen. When the molar ratio of 2:8 about praseodymium element and zirconium element, the activity of the catalyst was the best, and the conversion of methane and the molar ratio of hydrogen were nearly 94% and 78.4% respectively at 650 ℃.
