摘　　要：目的了解广东省惠州市惠阳区强制隔离吸毒人员人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)感染状况,为防治HIV、HCV、TP感染及制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对2011~2015年广东省惠州市惠阳区戒毒所羁押的强制隔离吸毒人员采血进行HIV、HCV、TP抗体检测,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 2011~2015年HIV感染率分别为1.07%、2.38%、2.02%、0.80%、1.47%;HCV感染率分别为60.25%、60.50%、45.75%、36.25、37.75%;TP感染率分别为9.50%、13.00%、9.25%、5.25%、6.25%。结论广东省惠州市惠阳区强制隔离吸毒人员HIV、HCV、TP感染率较高,应加强对吸毒人员的监测,同时加强健康宣教及行为干预措施,以降低HIV、HCV感染和梅毒的传播及扩散。Objective To understand the infection status of human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） ,hepatitis C virus （HCV） and Treponema pallidum（TP） among the forced quarantine drug addicts in a district of Huizhou City in order to provide a scientific basis for formulating the interventional measures. Methods The forced quarantine drug addicts from the Huiyang Dis- trict Addiction Rehabilitation Center during 2011-2015 were conducted the blood collection for detecting HIV, HCV and TP antibodies. Then the results were statistically analyzed. Results The HIV infection rates during 2011-2015 were 1.07% ,2.38%, 2.02%,0.80% and 1.47% respectively; the HCV infection rates were 60.25%, 60.50%, 45.75%, 36.25% and 37.75% respectively, and TP infection rates were 9.50%, 13.00%, 9.25%, 5.25% and 6.25% respectively. Conclusion The infection rates of HIV, HCV and TP are higher among the forced quarantine drug addicts in Huiyang District. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring on drug addicts, meanwhile strengthen the health propaganda and education for reducing the HIV and HCV infection and transmission and diffusion of syphilis.
