文津阁的肇建与修缮——兼论《四库全书》的庋藏与移置

摘　　要：文津阁位于热河避暑山庄,始建于乾隆四十年。《热河园内新建文津阁工程奏销黄册》详细记载了建阁的物料、银两等,可以窥见文津阁建造的具体耗费。乾隆之后,文津阁历经多次修缮,《四库全书》也移置他处庋藏,这些修缮工程一方面维护了文津阁及《四库全书》,文化瑰宝得以保全和留存,另一方面也增加了清廷的用度,劳民伤财。The Wenjin Chamber located in the Mountain Resort in Chengde, Jehol （present-day Hebei） was initiated in the fortieth year of Qianlong Era of the Qing Dynasty. The Jehol Yuan nei xinjian Wenjin Ge gongcheng zou xiao huangce （Itemized final accounting of expenditure for the engineering of the new-built Wenjin Chamber in the Mountain Resort, Jehol） clearly recorded the materials and expenditures for building the Wenjin Chamber, letting us clearly understand the concrete costs on this library. Since the Qianlong Era, Wenjin Chamber has been amended for many times, and the Siku Quanshu which was ever placed in it was also transferred to other places. These amending projects maintained Wenjin Chamber and preserved the valuable cultural heritage Siku Quanshu, but they also increased the expenditure of the Qing government and wasted the labors.
